A revitalised hospitality destination
Hospitality group Accor has announced that Sydney’s first 25hours hotel will open in 2024 in the iconic heritage building of 1-11 Oxford Street, Paddington.
Developed by Central Element and property investor Boston Global, the hotel will encompass 108 guestrooms and a rooftop bar with views of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and harbour. The hotel is set to feature a central courtyard for live events, a restaurant, a café, a fitness centre, and extensive conference facilities.
