Melbourne-based advisory firm Morrows has appointed Kellie Stark as its executive director.

Stark joined the multidisciplinary advisory firm in 2015 and has played a key role in the success of the business and tax advisory division. She is a chartered accountant with expertise in strategic planning, corporate structuring, asset protection and taxation consulting.

"Becoming an executive director has always been an aspiration, and I’m proud to achieve this with a firm that truly aligns with my values,” Stark said.

“I look forward to working alongside the executive team to drive Morrows’ vision forward and make a positive difference for our clients by helping them achieve their goals and secure their financial futures.”

Her promotion marks a milestone in the firm’s succession planning as it looks towards the future.

“Kellie’s appointment strengthens our internal leadership and our capacity to mentor emerging talent, ensuring we continue delivering exceptional service,” Lauren Moulynox, managing director at Morrows, said.

“It’s exciting to welcome another strong female leader to the executive team.”

With Stark’s promotion, Morrows’ executive team includes seven executive directors and three managing directors.

“Kellie’s passion for advisory and her ability to foster meaningful relationships make her a key member of our executive leadership team,” managing director Graeme Marks said.

“She embodies the values of our firm and is well-positioned to lead us into the next chapter alongside our other executive directors.”
