moore australia grows leadership pipeline with raft of promotions

The mid-tier accounting and advisory network is investing in the next generation of leaders and has announced six promotions.

Moore Australia has promoted six professionals across its national network, reinforcing its commitment to developing the next generation of leaders from within.

David Considine has been promoted to director of debt advisory, and Katherine Gardner to director of CFO advisory.

Alex Cann, Ben Leditschke, Jamie Arrington, and Linda White have all been promoted to associate director roles.

The promotions come as Moore Australia continues to grow its national presence, with the network having increased its headcount to over 600 staff across 13 offices in recent years.

Moore Australia said it reflects the network's deliberate investment in building leadership capability at every level, ensuring that growth is supported by the people and expertise to sustain it.

David Tomasi (pictured), chair of Moore Australia and Moore Global Board member, said the promotions represent the future of the Moore Australia network.

"Each of these individuals has earned this recognition through the quality of their work, their commitment to their clients, and the way they bring their colleagues along with them," said Tomasi.

"This is a generation of leaders who will face both unprecedented challenges and extraordinary opportunities. The pace of change in our profession, whether driven by technology, regulation, or evolving client expectations, is unlike anything we have seen before.

"At the same time, the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the businesses, families, and communities we serve has never been greater."

Tomasi said the promotions are not just recognition of what has been achieved but are an investment in the leadership that will carry the network forward.

"We want our people to build careers here that are rewarding, challenging and sustainable, and we are committed to creating the conditions for that to happen," he said.

Moore Australia firms are independent members of Moore Global, the world's 12th-largest accounting and consulting network, with combined revenues exceeding US$5.3 billion and operations in 116 countries. In Australia, the network comprises four independent firms with 13 offices across mainland capital cities and key regional centres.
